TIP

Configuring

Configuration changes are made within config/ of the application root for Discourse. After making configuration changes, a restart is necessary.

Discourse may be restarted through the restart transient setting or through the Restart App option in Web > Web Apps.

cpcdm -d DOMAIN discourse:reconfigure DOMAIN '' '[restart:1]'

Troubleshooting

Resource unavailable errors

Threading limits can exceed cgroup,proclimit values assigned for a site (default: 100). Raise the proclimit value for a site to avoid exhausting PIDs for a site.

EditDomain -c cgroup,proclimit=250 -D domain.com
